Because of Yin's powers, there is a potential for either inadvertent spying or very purposeful spying if she's trying to find/figure something out. How? She uses water as a medium to send out little observation specters. Which... in canon only contractors and dolls can see. Not regular humans.

However, anyone in this city that can sense/see supernatural/spirit type things can potentially see them.


SO! This leads to the permissions thing.

1. Can Yin spy on your character accidentally/on purpose with her specters? 

• A.  What is the typical things she can expect to see?
• B.  Are there things you do not want her to see?

...Yeah that's really it.

Yes, she can. Masaomi is just a regular human being, so he won't be able to sense anything. She can expect to see a lot of dumb teenager things (underaged drinking, gallivanting, parties, doing stupid shit, etc.) which Duo and Masaomi tend to ringlead, but if anything specific comes up, she can feel free to catch anything!
