Because of Yin's powers, there is a potential for either inadvertent spying or very purposeful spying if she's trying to find/figure something out. How? She uses water as a medium to send out little observation specters. Which... in canon only contractors and dolls can see. Not regular humans.

However, anyone in this city that can sense/see supernatural/spirit type things can potentially see them.
